Currently serving as the Director of Talent at UP, Kayanna leads the recruitment efforts for three schools while also championing performance management, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping successful recruitment functions across multiple industries.
Kayanna is a trailblazer in education and career development. In 2023, she launched Treetop Tutoring and Coaching Services, a venture dedicated to providing personalized support to students and professionals. Her mission is to make a meaningful impact by offering tailored tutoring and career coaching services to those seeking a unique and effective approach to their personal and professional growth.
